That this House:

(1) Commends the NSW State Emergency Service for the vital work they do supporting people and communities across the state in their times of need, particularly during the recent floods.

(2) Notes the work of the more than 10,000 State Emergency Service volunteers who have responded to almost 30,000 incidents over the past 12 months alone.

(3) Recognises that the Government is committed to strengthening frontline services to keep people and communities across New South Wales safe.
