That this House:

(1) Congratulates the Government for a rental reform package that makes some of the biggest changes to the system in a decade to protect over 2 million renters in New South Wales.

(2) Notes the Government's proposed reforms include ending no-grounds evictions for periodic and fixed term leases, making it easier to have pets in rental and strengthening protections around rental payments.

(3) Commends the Government on providing cost of living relief to renters in the electorate of Campbelltown, delivering certainty to the rental market.
