That this House:

(1) Recognises the important contribution of New South Wales early childhood educators and teachers in ensuring children get a strong start in learning.

(2) Acknowledges the Government's commitment to professional development through the delivery of the Early Childhood Professional Learning Program in partnership with TAFE NSW.

(3) Notes the program will provide free courses to enhance skills and knowledge and improve retention of the workforce.
