That this House:

(1) Notes the new criminal offence of coercive control and tougher bail restrictions for serious domestic violence offences came into effect on July 1 2024.

(2) Commends the Government for taking action to better protect victim-survivors from abuse.

(3) Commits to continuing work across Government to prevent domestic and family violence in New South Wales.
