That this House:

(1) Acknowledges the former Government installed Sydney as the most tolled city in the world.

(2) Commends the Government for continuing to work on toll reform and implementing a $60 toll cap for drivers beginning 1 January 2024.

(3) Notes that the toll cap will provide immediate relief to those families who are struggling with the costs living, who live in western and south western Sydney, who do not have other public transport alternatives for travel.
