What is a state government-related matter? 

Health, education, public transport, roads, Service NSW, emergency accommodation and public housing to name a few.

What is the process once a matter has been raised? 

The process can vary case to case and there a number of avenues that can be explored in order to obtain a solution.

When are NSW elections held? 

In March every four years. The last one was held in March 2023, with the next election due to be held in March 2027.
